1. Ordering process

1.1 : Select the product you want to purchase

Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your shopping cart.

*The product is not secured when added to your cart. The product is secured (ordered) when the order confirmation screen appears after completing the ordering steps.

1.2 : Check your shopping cart

Once you have decided on the product you wish to purchase, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the "Cart" icon at the top of the page.

*If you wish to pay by bank transfer, postal transfer, credit card, or convenience store payment, you will need to register as a member on the Cardon online shopping site. If you enter false information, we may suspend your membership and cancel your transaction.

1.3 : Specify the ordering method

Decide on the delivery address, shipping method, and payment method.

If you choose to pay by credit card, please enter your card information here.

1.4 : Final confirmation of purchase details

Please check "Purchased item," "Purchaser information," "Delivery information," and "Payment method."

1.5 : Order completed

You will be charged according to your payment method.
For payment methods, please check the order confirmation email or see " 4. Payment Methods" below.

*If you select "Credit card" at the time of purchase, payment will be completed when the order is completed.
If you select cash on delivery, payment will be required when the product arrives.
*We do not notify you when payment has been confirmed. We will notify you of payment completion when we receive the shipment completion email.

1.6 : Shipment of goods

After confirming your payment, we will ship the product within 2 days. We will send you a shipping completion email when the product has been shipped.

*For customers who use "bank transfer" or "postal transfer", some financial institutions may be unable to confirm payments on weekends, holidays, or during the New Year holidays, and shipment may be delayed. In such cases, the item will be shipped on the next business day of the financial institution.
*Shipping may be delayed due to a high volume of orders due to the release of a new set, weather, etc. In that case, we will ship the items in order of arrival.
*Depending on the region, we may not be able to accommodate your request for a specific delivery time. In that case, we will ship the item as quickly as possible.

*For some high-value items, we will ask you to verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, the shipment may be delayed.

1.7 : Arrival of the product

If you choose cash on delivery, please pay the shipping fee to the delivery staff when the product arrives.

2. Cancellation of your order

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of products due to customer convenience.
Please consider carefully before placing your order.
If your order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

3. Status notation

In our store, unless there is a specific description of the condition, the card will be classified as [Condition A ]. Some high-value cards are also sold in [Condition B ] or lower, and a symbol indicating the language and condition is included at the beginning of the product name.
[Condition A ] = Condition with initial scratches and slight white spots.
[Condition B ] = The card has some scratches, scuff marks, or dirt on the edges or surface.
[Condition C ] = There are dents, scratches, or stains.
[Condition D ] = Clearly noticeable scratches and stains.

4. Payment Method

The following five payment methods are available:
●Credit card
Cash on delivery
●Convenience store payment
●Bank transfer

Credit card payments are accepted.

*We do not accept installment payments. Payment can only be made in a lump sum.
*You cannot change to another payment method once your order has been confirmed.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available and delivery will be handled by the post office.
In addition to the regular shipping fee, a separate COD fee will be charged. The COD fee is as follows:
The COD fee will be determined based on the total payment amount ( item price + shipping fee + COD fee ) .

*You cannot change to another payment method once your order has been confirmed.

Cash on delivery is a payment method in which payment is collected by the delivery company when the product is delivered.
Please pay the total amount, including shipping and COD fees, in cash to the delivery company.
The shipping method will be Yu-Pack.

Please make your payment at the selected convenience store.

*You cannot change to another payment method once your order has been confirmed.

About receipts

Depending on your payment method, the following documents can be used as a receipt:

A receipt or receipt issued after payment at a convenience store

·Bank transfer
A payment receipt will be issued at the time of transfer.


5.Payment by credit card

The following credit cards are accepted.

6.Payment via convenience store

7.Purchase Restrictions

There may be purchasing restrictions for some products, such as the latest single cards or packs.
Please note that we will have to cancel any orders that exceed the purchase limit.

8. Additional orders and combined shipping

If you have placed multiple orders, each order will be packed and shipped separately.
We do not accept combined shipping of multiple orders.

9. Payment Deadline

Your order will be processed by 3:00 p.m. 7 days after the date of your order.
If the deadline falls on a bank holiday, the deadline will be 3:00 p.m. on the first business day thereafter.
example:
If the order date is April 1st , the expiration date will be 3:00 p.m. on April 7th .
(If April 7th falls on a Sunday, the period will expire at 3pm on the following April 8th .)

Orders that have not received their payment deadline will be cancelled, so if you have chosen bank transfer, postal transfer or convenience store payment and are going to be late with your payment, please be sure to contact us in advance.

10. Shipping Method

We offer two shipping methods.

●Yu-Packet ( 200 yen nationwide )
Shipping will be via Japan Post's Yu-Packet service.

For one order, we will ship your order free of charge if the total amount of your order is 30,000 yen or more.
If you would like to have your package held at a post office, please enter the name and address of the post office you would like to use in the comments section.

*If you use Yu-Packet, we cannot accept returns or refunds if the product is lost or damaged during delivery.
If you would like compensation, please use Yu-Pack.

●Yu-Pack
Shipping will be via Japan Post's Yu-Pack service.
Depending on the region, the fastest delivery will be the next morning, so this option is recommended for those in a hurry.
You can also specify a date and time, so please use the Yu-Pack service if you would like to specify a date and time.

Shipping fee list


For each order, we offer free shipping for items totaling 30,000 yen or more.
In the event of a postal accident, the amount of compensation will generally be the actual amount of loss up to 300,000 yen.
If you are unable to receive your item and it is returned to us after the retention period has expired, we may charge you a re-shipping fee.
If you would like to have your package held at a post office, please enter the name and address of the post office you would like to use in the comments section.

12. Specify delivery date and time

13. Check delivery status

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an inquiry number via email.
You can check the delivery status using the URL provided in the email.
*It may take some time for the delivery status to be updated.

14. In-store pickup

When placing your order, please select "Order for in-store pickup."
Once your order is complete, you can pay and collect it directly at the Cardon store.
When collecting your order, please tell the staff your name and order date.
Ordered items will be held for 7 days, including the day of order.
*If you order a new product (pack, deck, set, or single card) within 3 days of the official new product release date, the reservation period will be 3 days, including the order date.
Please note that your order will be cancelled if the reservation period has expired.

15. I received something different from what I ordered

I am very sorry.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form, providing the following information:

16. I received an item in poor condition

We will only exchange or refund the product if it is defective.

17. About handling when product is out of stock

If there is a shortage of a product due to an incorrect inventory display on the website, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and refund the product price or change the payment amount.
For other products, unless otherwise specified, we will ship the item on the next business day after payment is confirmed.

18. There were a lot of cards in the package that I didn't ask for

In order to protect your cards, we use relatively inexpensive cards as packaging material.
Please accept these cards as is.

19. Points

You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen spent on products.
When purchasing products, you can use 10 points or more, with 1 point being worth 1 yen.
The expiration date will be 6 months after the date of last issuance or use of the points.
Points will also be issued when you use your points to place an order.
(In this case, the amount for which points will be issued will be the amount after deducting the points used.)

*This service is available only to customers who have registered as members (and registered a password ) .

20. Contact from our store

When you place an order, we will send you the following email.

● Order confirmation email
It will be sent automatically when your order is confirmed.

● Payment confirmation email
We will use the shipping completion email as a substitute. If payment is made after 3:00 p.m., the payment will be confirmed on the next business day, so the item will be sent on the next business day. Also, if payment is made after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, some financial institutions will not confirm the next payment until Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a public holiday ) .

●Shipping completion email
This will be sent to you when the product has been shipped.

In addition to the above email, we may also contact you regarding your order.

If you do not receive an email from us, it may be due to the following reasons:

- The filtering function in the email settings is enabled.
Please check your "deleted folder" or "spam folder" as our email may have ended up in there.

・There is an error in the email address

*If you are using a mobile phone email address, there is a high possibility that the email address has been blocked by a filtering function. Please be sure to review your filter settings before placing your order.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will resend the email within one business day. If you do not receive an email from us, you may not be able to confirm important messages and your shipment may be delayed.
